The particles enter the circular throwing machine and rotate with the inner wall of the circular throwing machine. The shape is smooth and the size is uniform, which is convenient for application. Flat mold granulator in the process of processing temperature is lower, can better maintain the nutrients in raw materials. After the particles are formed, the drying and cooling steps can be omitted, and the finishing can be continued. After drying, cooling and SIE, the finished product will be stored.

It is suggested that an automatic reflux system should be equipped to screen out the unqualified large and small particles, which will be transported through the belt elevator and sent to the granulator to continue granulation after being crushed again, which will help to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.
